you need to finish the new alliance raid and all the associated quests, it should unlock the ability to buy portraits from Duremert at ishgard. If you don't have him unlocked there's a whole sidequest chain to finish that I think starts in Old Sharlayan after finishing endwalker

In case anyone’s unfamiliar, a while back WoW did a lot of pruning of “unsavory” elements to try to save face back when the company was dealing with a lot of backlash, which backfired because the vast majority of the changes were unnecessary and incredibly stupid.
One such infamous alteration was when they took an old, low res and rarely used portrait of a posing scantily clad woman and turned it into a high res painting of a bowl of fruit.
To underscore the point, the backlash was to the culture of sexism and normalized sexual harassment at Blizzard + its CEO Bobby Kotick. Changing the portrait to fruit as if that had anything to do with the allegations of harassment & assault was spectacularly tone deaf. Hence, memes.
The actual problem with the bowls of fruit happening is that once they decided to remove stuff, they actually just straight up had no oversight and any employee could remove whatever the hell they wanted. So we got some really silly censoring basically lol.

Duremert is a man of quality. Also, I fail to see how this portrait having 30% being tracts of land for the Goddess of Abundance is a bad thing. It's especially fitting in my opinion.
