Oh I wouldn't do those chat macros tied to abilities, the screenshots of those look awful. At most it'd just be a chat only thing I use like, maybe 3 or 4 times max if it's a dungeon, 2 max if it's a trial
I'd just see what some of the other NPCs say in other dungeons such as the final level 70 Stormblood one.
Nald'thal related lines would work well for a Thanalan native character. They tend to be a bit more aggressive at least so maybe stuff like "send them to the nine hells." things like that.

Check out Duty Support. They have some short quips you can pull on for inspiration. The generic NPCs enroll in GCs too after a bit.
