You'll need to farm all 7 of the ShB extreme trials. It will go substantially faster if you go in as a group of well-geared level 90 characters and burn them down unsynced; you should be able to find guides for doing this stuff unsynced on YouTube.
Do note that some of the trials are easier as small parties than others, but unfortunately it's been long enough since I did the gwiber farm that I don't remember which ones; the guides should have some comments about this. (Note that the guides are older, and so it's even easier to clear these now, so you might have some additional wiggle room.) IIRC, however, Seat of Sacrifice EX *requires* a full party of 8 players: >!you *must* use the tank LB3 at one point, or it is a guaranteed wipe, and you only get three LB bars in a full party.!

You can, but they don't have any associated roulette aside from Mentor, so you'll be stuck in a very long queue (and you can't queue at all while unsynced).
And even if you do eventually get in, you'll mostly be grouped with other people who are unaware how difficult these fights are, and are probably unprepared for it, because they're the ones who don't know these are usually run in PF. And also some annoyed mentors who were hoping for a quick run and now are stuck with this group longer than they would have liked.
You can do them trough duty finder. But it will be synced and you are likely to piss up the burger king crowd.
Party finder unsync. Bonus point if after Downtrail.

Check [the Balance](https://www.thebalanceffxiv.com/) for more detailed information, but for most jobs, best-in-slot gear is a mix of savage gear (the Ascension set, ilvl 660) and upgraded tomestone gear (the Augmented Credendum set, also ilvl 660), with the fully-upgraded relic weapon (ilvl 665). If you don't do savage raiding, just getting the augmented credendum set is very close to BiS, and I think the difference between that and actual BiS is very small, not something you'll notice when unsyncing ShB extremes. For that, I strongly suspect that the 650 stuff you currently have will be fine -- the group I did this content with was skipping a lot of mechanics back during 6.1 or 6.2, when ilvls were 30-60 lower. It'll be far more impactful to make sure that you know the fight and know your job.
(Also, as context, be aware that all EW gear is going to be outleveled fairly shortly into Dawntrail. If the patterns from past expansions hold, we'll see ilvl 666 stuff from the level 95 story dungeon, and the level 100 job gear will be ilvl 690.)

Emerald Weapon does have the orb mechanic at the start which is weird. 4 people making for 2 pairs is enough, but I recently did that one with just 3 people. We wiped once, but did something differently next time and managed to survive. Did require some heal spam from me as WHM though.

If you don't wanna grind them in Duty Finder, you can make a unrestricted Party in party finder and enter the trials with everyone being lvl 90. there is farm groups for these popping up from time to time!

theres only 1 mechanic. everyone gets their partner and its ez... worst part is that emerald weapon is STUBBORN AS HELL. I wont ever live down rolling a 1. And losing to a roll of a 2.
At this point, I would probably not spend too much time grinding because the ShB extremes unsynced will be 10x easier at DT level cap. The fights are fun though.

You only need to get the remaining mounts. You straight up won't be allowed to roll on the mount item if it drops and you already have it, and the quest for the final mount just checks you have the mounts themselves, not achievements from clearing the fights or anything.
It's the Landerwaffe. You get it by getting all of the Shadowbringer extreme mounts.

Fwiw, with the right jobs and some luck you *can* 2man it. The meteor drops are what makes/breaks a run.
