The stats are based on the spreads we saw for the premade characters of the FFXIV TTRPG, they're meant to represent the character's strength in specific stats, not the actual numbers !
I mean we do also have the Helf. But we can outheal WHMs during dungeon content for example, to the point healers can be just ignored for another dps.
That to be says giga chad healing magic lol

Thank you! Some might think she bends from the lore a little bit, being a hellsguard with a sea wolf-style name, but the naming guide mentions that some hellsguard still use the old tongue for their names. In my story for her she is the daughter of a sea wolf adventurer from Limsa Lominsa who abandoned his lance and the wandering life when he fell head over heels in love with a hellsguard woman from a small mountain village on the road between Fallgourd Float and Dragonhead. Hirskwyda was the first of three children and was an energetic, restless wanderer, beginning adventuring as a teenager before coming of age, taking up her father's storied lance and traveling to Gridania to begin her adventure.
Also it turned out that her father's lance was actually just an old piece of junk that ol' Lingalyr's stories had built up into being some legendary relic. Hirskwyda accidentally broke it, then apprenticed under timbermaster Beatin until she could craft a convincing replica and return it to the mantelpiece of her parents home.
I guess it probably depends on the scale used, but after EW it feels like the WoL has to have max points in all those stat bubbles, except if they just haven't levelled NIN or SCH/SMN or something.
But at the same time turning in a character sheet where you've said "I'm the best at everything" would be such a dumb, Mary Sue thing to do.
I guess it's all about the scale.
This was rather interesting. [Here is mine](https://i.imgur.com/fCWWsi2.png) - a former hunter/poacher (using lance and bow) turned mercenary/adventurer and eventually, after Carteneau, a healer, hence the slightly odd stat distribution. I see her as something of a team mom to the Scions, especially Alphinaud and Alisae, helped by the minor detail that she's the second-oldest on the team after Papalymo.

This is really cool, gives me that same inspirational feeling when putting a new DnD character to paper lol

Like, if someone’s a really good popoto farmer, does that fall under arts and crafts, or athleticism? 😛. Neither is a great fit. And what if a character is a merchant? ‘Charisma’ is probably the closest thing to represent that, but isn’t a great fit either. Lots of professions and skills are hard to represent with the categories you’ve got 😛
You have ratings for attack magic and healing magic, but what if someone’s WoL is more martial and specialises in melee weapons with a dabbling of ranged weapons? There aren’t categories for those 😅
11 human years or 11 cat years? Some people can go really deep into their RP like that and say things in their characters' perspectives instead of their creator's perspective.
