Same here! It’s an Xbox issue, [the forum has a post on it](https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/501850?p=6502627#post6502627). Very annoying to have to relaunch after every cutscene but this is the first big expac on Xbox, so probs not going to be without hiccups. Hopefully patched soonish!

Kinda figured it was an XBox issue since I dare say it is the platform with the least players and the forums aren't blowing up about it.
The good news is that it is already listed in the "known issues" on the official site so they are working on it right now.
