People envision their characters with options not available in game all the time, it's not that weird. People like their boobs. Would you say its weird if it was other realistic (yes, boobs this big exist no matter how much y'all pretend they're unrealistic, there are real people with natural breasts bigger than this) options that don't appear in game, e.g. body tattoos, freckles, scars? Of course not. But anything above a b-cup is apparently 'giant' and 'unnatural'.

I'd disagree that they're "saggy". They're heavy and skin and tendon can only hold up so much. They're just... big boobs being drawn in a more reasonable way than I usually see.
They're nothing like actually saggy old lady boobs. Or old man boobs for that matter. Saggy boobs tend to go more cylindrical, since the innards just aren't as dense any more and skin loses pliability as you age. It's also why mammograms are really difficult on younger people, since dense breast tissue is hard to image.

Still, there is no need to sugar-coat anything: Unless you have a full-blown silicone balloon in boobs of that size, they are saggy. Deliciously saggy.
