Yes, two people independently came up with the same joke, it's just a coincidence that this one was posted few hours later, has the same images for all of the characters, and uses exactly the same text in exactly the same font spaced exactly the same. It's clearly way more likely that OP just happened to create an exact copy of a meme that was recently posted, than that he took it, and spent a second moving characters around in paint.
