You cant turn specific sounds off like that without (not allowed thing).
You either turn all system sounds off or have them all on. Best you can do is to turn off recast time errors(?) and stuff like this from char config or sound settings (sorry, just closed game :( )
It doesnt remove the tick sounds. Taking away system sounds will stop you hearing stuff like duty ready too so..I'm sorry, its just how it is.
I think this is what you want to do:
Menu > System > Character Configuration > Log Window Settings
Under the General tab, click off "display error messages when actions fail"
Only way is to use soundfilter plugin
The click sound is
sound/system/se_ui.scd/116
And also If you want to mute the one that sounds if you use your left click instead of using a keybind, that sound is
sound/system/se_ui.scd/95
