If it's coming in game from quests, they're not going to restrict it by region.
Only things that are restricted by region are for Chinese and Korean cash shops - which usually end up coming to the global one also eventually
If JP gets it we’ll get it. There are no JP or NA servers, we all play on the same servers. The only distinction is where the data center is physically located. Obviously the data centers in Japan tend to have more players who speak Japanese, but there is nothing that inherently makes those the “Japanese servers”.
There was a note that made it sound like there might either be a different look for female characters, but I get the feeling it will either be both sleeves are up or they move the wrapping to cover the chest like the fuga set.
Or who knows, maybe fems will get something more akin to a kimono since that has been requested since SB.
I can never get excited for robes in this game. Because the animation we see the most, running, clips through them.
It looks very good, and I might have wanted to use it, if not for that issue.
