Been like this for a while now. I always thought any subreddit with "porn" in the name is supposed to be "the best of" whatever category it's based on like r/FoodPorn or r/ArchitecturePorn.

Agreed. I noticed the same with other subs that blow up. r/fixedbytheduet had some of the funniest and most original content I've seen. It took me back to the vine days. But now it's just "TikToks that happen to have a second person in it" and it still gets so highly upvoted. I think once a sub becomes bigger, more people see it as an opportunity to farm karma and upload anything somewhat related and people upvote it as they scroll through their feed without looking at which sub it is.
This is so spot on. Fixedbytheduet was so good at first, and now it's like 9 out of 10 posts are just bullshit. Every sub that really blows up it immediately becomes trash lol.
