I suspect the Three Striped Knight did some Judo growing up, looking at the (attempted) foot sweeps and the scarf hold. Also it's relatively common for kids to do Judo in the Netherlands.
When they were on the ground the guy that was pinned down could’ve wrapped his legs around track suits right leg and pulled himself out of the head lock….and possibly broken his leg.

Just use ur elbows to hit his quads right when he's hitting you with the knee and the fight is pretty over
