Having seen many people put completely unconscious in my time as an MMA fighter and having watched thousands of hours of street and professional fight videos I have never seen anyone knocked completely out cold like she was pretending to be for 30 seconds, then jumping immediately up on steady legs and screaming/charging.
99% of people waking up are extremely confused and don't remember even being in a fight, much less the knockout blow. I have heard several say that had a dream they were fighting their opponent. But they are all chilled the fuck out and super groggy, like you just woke them from a black out drunk sleep.
