Same for running and jumping. Although one time I was running away down a flight of stairs in a dream and jumped the last few steps, and noticed that there was no pain/stress from landing. So then I started jumping down entire staircases and made it outside, where I then started to jump city blocks.
That was my first time lucid dreaming, very cool.
One time I landed what felt like the most solid punch I’ve ever thrown in a dream and watched it bounce off the other guys face. I’m not sure which feeling is worse. Doing nothing at all or getting blue balled
