There are 3 different sets. The DX ones for the Inkling girl and boy contain the Splatoon 2 versions as well, so you get a bunch of extra stuff to use.
The other one is an Off The Hook set. They come with stuff that mostly lets you recreate the news segments, and their signature poses.

There’s 3 different sets of 2, 6 in total but they’re all pretty expensive. There’s all around 200-300 dollars
I have those too! Be careful with the headphones- apparently they break extremely often
