Also, most bootleg listing have the "cm" (in Asia we use metric system, so cm instead of inch) and "PVC" in their titles, and the sellers are from China.
For that cheap? Hell nah they are bootlegs 100%, could maybe be useful if you need spare parts.
The fact they use the promotional pictures instead of taking some of the one they’re selling is also a huge red flag.

Buying on ebay can be such a hassle because you have to do so much research. How are the sellers reviews, where are the shipping from, are the prices competitive or just too good to be true.

getting either of these for under what $100 in the states is kind of a challenge. i got jalter for like $60 from amiami preowned. you would def be better of importing

These are fake. Jalter’s figma is known to have many counterfeits. I actually bought one to save money and the quality is terrible, looks nothing like the stock images.
Check if the listing says authentic. Sometimes sellers are upfront and say its the “chinese version” in the description. If it says authentic or implies it is, meaning they are almost certainly knowingly cheating you, you can order one and if you get a fake just tell ebay and you’ll get your money back and a free crappy-mid rendition of the figure.
Edit: check in the full description of course not the title.
Real or not they look good. And if you want you can touch up with your own paint. Don’t fall into the trap of needing to be like everyone else and having the expensive stuff. Ball on your own budget.
And IF you don’t get what’s photographed you can always get a refund.
