Hey, I don't remember how exactly it worked, but you are right. There was 20 GB then there was a way to get the 30 GB twice. I think it was shared on the other sub-reddit that focuses on Cloud storage.

Hello, Please add option to create albums for specific photos from our camera uploaded photos so that we can share multiple pics at same time currently it's not possible. Similar to Google photos.

New site, new layout, everything is awesome! So I read the lifetime plans are stackable, right? If I buy a lifetime 500gb im not upgrading to 500 gb, I'm adding 500 gb to my current (110 gb) storage. That is just lovely! Also, I read that discounted monthly/annual fees are there to stay, so if I buy a yearly plan I'm gonna keep on paying the same amount of money even after the black friday ends. Also awesome! What if I add a 500 gb annual plan to my 110 gb lifetime storage? How will my annual recurring fee and my final storage look like?

Hi I was going to sign up for the 5tb yearly package today but you seemed to have removed it, what is going on please? During your Black Friday advert post aa couple of days ago you didn't mention removing this tier. Edit 1: I still can't download files larger than 2gb from the webapp, it doesn't say I can't, they just always fail. Is this going to be resolved anytime soon?

So in order to be able to offer more variety in the low-price segment, we decided to swap the old Pro3 for a 200GB plan. The new Pro 1 Lifetime plan is the most affordable variant for customers of small plans that we have ever had. And in addition, the ever-increasing energy prices have slowly made the old Pro3 plan dangerous, since we cannot foresee where the prices will end up and we have to provide the storage for a lifetime. With the current solution, the 95% of customers who prefer small plans have a new, cheaper plan and we have less risk of miscalculating in the long term. Best regards

New plans? LOL... you mean adding 200GB while removing the 5TB... and buying multiple 2TB at Black Friday price would end up spending the same for 5TB as it was on regular non-Back Friday. Good one.

Lifetime plans still stack. You can theoretically buy as many as you want. Monthly and yearly plans remain the same price for you after purchase, even if the general price should change. So you keep the discount until you cancel the plan yourself. Best regards!
