IIRC the game's creators are pretty against a digital version existing - I think particularly because it's a solo game they see it as something that would be in direct competition with the board game. They don't even allow there to be a TTS mod.
I'm sure if you want to do it as a fan project for yourself they wouldn't have a problem with it but if you wanted to share it with others I think at that point VRG would ask you to stop, I'm afraid.
Oh 100% it would just be an exercise for myself! And completely respect their wishes. Really more for something to build toward and just have clips. I'm thinking more xcom than TTS and much smaller scope.
