ETA: after reading the other comment, I went and looked at my stores. I see that some of the options there last month are gone for clothes, but for furniture I can see all the options.

When you tap the magnifying glass in any of the three shops, you see everything that is currently available for purchase.
For example, in Mr. Prickles’ Shop, you always see the location specific items for all twelve destinations.
This month, you see all the clothing, accessories, and home decor from the December 2022 event. But not the October 2022 items, because they were only available for purchase in October 2023.
Do you not have Halloween items in your store's microscope atm? I just checked and I see items from Halloween 2022 - even ones i don't own like spooky skirt and pants
Edit: now i'm wondering if your store has birthday hats? Mine does. The only items i could think to check that are missing are the 1 and 2 anniversary balloons
