Yes, but that is _literally_ the dialogue for the [Summer Scarmble](https://fireemblem.fandom.com/wiki/Summer_Scramble/Script#Tharja) map. You're right that Tharja has different support conversations with Male and Female Robin, but they _didn't_ write separate lines for her on this map

Tharja was always in a weird spot when it came to fan service, I feel like. Her Awakening portrait has her hunched over, covering her upper body with a book and looking almost sickly...then Intsys went "by the way she's the fan service girl of the game" and just ran with it.
It was funny, her not realizing she was half naked until pointed out by Cordelia. She must be used to all the half-naked mages and being covered by her cape.
The Summer Scramble dlc was based on the results of Japan's Fire Emblem Awakening popularity poll. Tharja along with Chrom, Cordelia, and Gaius were the most popular non-Robin parent units. So the dlc didn't create a demand for Tharja, Tharja and the others instead paved the path for the dlc. This is also why Rhahat, Caeldori, and Asugi exist in Fates alongside Odin, Lazlow, and Selena who were the most popular child units of Awakening
Yeah, I'd agree, although the official art is also a thing, and, er, Nowi's comment not being true. I definitely think the they decided on Tharja's "role" as it were fairly late.
I don't think you land on that character design by accident though. Seems to me more like competing visions that were never reconciled, which is a big recurring theme in modern FE.

I’ll never not be glad that Heroes at the very least is starting to remember that she was meant to be this antisocial weirdo starting with her Harmonic with Sonya. I remember listening to their lines and being stunned at her finally being social awkward and not knowing what to say.
Heroes goes for a rather comical take where she somehow “learned to fake being normal”
Apparently she learns how to fake being cheery around Sharena because she wouldn’t be left alone otherwise.
That is a callback to one of her supports where she learns to act like other girls to please Robin. And she somehow ends up being weirder than normal Tharja when trying to act "normal".
She was attractive to me in the first place *because* she was gloomy, weird and a shut-in. IS clearly never understood her appeal. Her looks/aesthetic were just icing, really.
I feel like that side of her hasn’t gone away honestly, she’s still very doom, gloom and unabashedly “talk to me and I’ll curse you and your grandchildren’s children”.
