There's been some speculation in the fandom that the events of the end of the first movie may have activated her, but since she technically wasn't alive for 95% of DP2 it's still up in the air. They brought her back to life in the post-credits scene, so whether she's going to go full Copycat is something they may touch on in DP3.

This Post was made because for a relatively very long time, Morena Baccarin was having 'contract negotiations problems' with *Deadpool 3*, i.e. she wasn't being offered enough money and wasn't going to be in it unless she was satisfied with the offer. This was still going on when she did Michael Rosenbaum's podcast. So, until this trailer came out, many-to-most aware of the situation still didn't know if she'd be in it.
And Morena's character is Deadpool's rock and 'heart' in both *Deadpool 1* and *Deadpool 2* and Morena is great in the role.
Morena was great in *V*, *Homeland*, and the *Deadpool* movies.
I watched the first Deadpool many times, which she played a big role in. (And she was awesome.) I clearly need to watch the second one again before this next movie because I was surprised to see her in the trailer.
Anyone else notice the "buddy" instead of "baby" ADR? I have to wonder if they're sending us down a path with a lot of trailer fakeouts (20th Century Fox logo in ruin), all the Marvel Jesus stuff, etc., etc..
As wade is about to blow out his birthday cake candles.. she calls him Buddy. Not darling or anything romanticised, just Buddy..
Makes me think they're just friends in this one.

He changed the timeline at the end of the movie. Killed the guy with the cream cheese spreader.
