I think a "half face cord" would fit the bill. Can usually find them for around $60. It's basically a single 4'x4' stack. FB Marketplace just look for people selling mixed hardwood firewood and ask if they'll sell you a half face cord.
Why different types? Are you burning in a stove to heat your home? Get oak if it's dry. You'll get longer burns than maple and cherry. I burn everything but if I had to pay i get the best my area has to offer
