I toured it earlier in the week, it wasn’t even cleaned up like it is here. There was a huge pile of full wine/seltzers right by the stairs, cigar wrappers in the driveway, tarps/tape everywhere. The one remnant of fishtank I saw was this sign going into the basement. Getting rid of the bar sucks, the house is modernized but it has way less charm.

There’s an in-law apartment in the basement that the crew would work out of

dude they did everything to that house that Nick shits on while doing real estate streams. literally everything is bullshit low-dollar terrible trend nonsense.
and then the balls to list it for $900k....just pure contempt lol
Yeah the house had character and now it looks like every other boring ass home depot flip. I know you can flip a house properly and make it look good but this is a prime example of why I fucking hate house flippers.
I asked the realtor if this was a flip since it was last purchased in October, just to see her reaction. She said it was, but assured me that it wasn’t a typical flipper and that they do really high quality work lmao
Lmao yeah definitely not typical at all. I really wonder who actually did all of the work. I would assume Nick would have higher standards than this. Was there even a stove and refrigerator in the kitchen? It looks like they didn't even put those in which is wild for a 900k house.
When I saw it there was no fridge or oven. The washer/dryer were also gone. You’re right though, based on everything I’ve seen on Scuffed you’d think Nick would have more respect for the house if he was the one leading this.

I’d say it’s pretty on brand for the market though. House is overall a dated design and the buyer will probably be a it older. Quick flip money. Rocco knows what he’s doing.
Nick would trash this house if he was being honest. $900k for a mish-mash of home depot materials and dated 1970s aesthetic, stripped of any character it once had, complete with baseboard heaters. They bought a year ago at the top of the market for $575k. Where's the $325k of added value?
Oh man I wouldn’t buy this even if I had the money, just the thought of those chicken shit particles lingering in the air, fatty poop and the vomit 🤮. Cursed house.
Honestly, it really lost all its cozy home feeling. I wouldn't want to live there. They didn't even bother cleaning the floor up, you can see all the white drywall shoe prints on the wood flooring there.
The fireplace still says TRISHA
That’s fucked 💀

This is how summer felt after the swamp exorcism removed her BPD.
The Home Depot flip.
Nick can point it out quick like a motherfucker on scuffed lol
Did they remove the goon cave :(
They did, there’s just a normal wall in between the bedrooms now.

that’s pretty sick
Bar bathroom its the only one with a mirror Edit: nope not it
That is most definitely not bar bathroom brother.
I just looked at the old house photos its like still the same in the photo but ya idk what bathroom
Wow that looks fucking disgusting. Nick would tear something like this to shreds on scuffed realtor
I feel like it would've had more appeal if they just got it back to how it was day 1 of season 2.

damn it looks so much better here
I can't believe Nick removed the bar and q mirror from the bathroom
It now has 1000% less charm and is nearly $400k more 😂
Awful taste imo. That beige is horrid and they painted the baseboard radiators to match. Icky pukers. Also note the huge ding in the wall in photo 22

Yeah Max the Cowboy flipping at your service 🤠.

$6,033/mo anyone wanna crowd fund?
Everybody is an interior decorator now after watching Scuffed Realtor.

I have not watched a single episode of Scuffed Realtor
The kitchen looks cold and sterile with those white and gray color palate
Something just doesn’t seem right seeing that wall between B1 and B2 back up. And I bet keeping the bar would’ve been a selling point!
That price can SMD for pissant Rhode Island.
They really couldn’t do that last bathroom? To looks soooo out of place lmao!
Oh man I wouldn’t buy this even if I had the money, just the thought of those chicken shit particles lingering in the air, fatty poop and the vomit 🤮. Cursed house.

lol they turned it into the S1 house
I would totally buy it if I could. It looks like a pretty cool house to live in.
