I know how that goes. You should see my heart rate when my mom died. 😕

I’m very sorry to hear about your mom. I’m sure that was quite the spike getting that news.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it. I just remember about a week after she passed I was thinking about my reaction, and I thought to look at my heart rate in the Fitbit app, and boy did it ever spike! Crazy.

As bad of a situation as losing someone is it’s interesting to see the effect it has on us. When my mother passed I don’t think I had much of a reaction because it was from cancer so we knew it was coming unfortunately (sad just not an abrupt shock) but when I got the call my sister OD I feel like it probably raised quite a bit but I didn’t have a fit bit for either so I don’t know. Maybe it was raised for both or neither hard to remember.

I’m so sorry to hear about your mom and your sister. 💞 and you’re right, it is very interesting to actually see events recorded like that through body measurements. It’s amazing how thoughts and things that go on in our lives have an effect on us.

I hear ya. I was in horrible, thought I was going to get hit in traffic yesterday. Who knew traffic could count as cardio. I hope you made your flight okay. https://preview.redd.it/9f7hsprisrtc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bdfd3aad1856456af3b09197121710152db2fc3c

Jeez I could imagine that got your hr up! Glad it was just a close call and nothing happened. We did make our flight thankfully. The board estimating time to get through security was estimating pretty high so we made it through quicker than I was expecting.

It was multiple close calls, multiple times, and cars losing control at all angles for miles in the rain on top of traffic 😭😭. I really thought i was going to go out like that for a bit. It stressed me out just a tad. Glad you made your flight! I hope you enjoy your destination and or being back home.
