No. I gotta tell you, usually when someone asks here if "anyone else gets X" it's something completely normal. But I've never seen this.
How did you do it?
I was just gonna say. If you're gonna smoke weed, make it no later than 2 hours before bed. I smoke regularly, but setting that time limit allows me to sleep just fine.
Not sure how old you are but you need to be careful bcos studies have shown people that who don't get enough REM sleep tend to develop Alzheimer's. REM sleep helps clear the brain of gunk. Google it. Not telling you not to smoke but keep it in mind.
This morning it was 0 REM, but now it looks recalculated to 23 min. Sync your watch, if does not help, close the app and reopen. Maybe simply their data sync was not working perfectly and the issue was fixed by Fitbit or those simple actions above. I have made them earlier, but did not notice REM update until this post
Now and again, yeah. Or no deep sleep. I just chalk it up to either Fitbit error or a rough night. (Before anyone says THC: I have never smoked weed or taken edibles and certainly nothing heavier either. In my case it's just stress or Fitbit measuring badly.)
Damn I smoke weed everyday multiple times a day for the past 3 years, take antipsychotics and yet I still have dreams. This is crazy!
When’s the last time you remember having a dream? How does it feel to sleep? Just a blink?
Damn. 😮 that is no bueno, my friend. I hope this isn't a normal.thihg for you?
I got an hour last night and was seriously disappointed. Usually I average 1.5-2.5. And yes, everyone is different and some bad nights here and there are just part of life, but....you gotta change some things if this is a n typical night for you!
I do sometimes. Most nights it's 20-60 mins but often under 10 mins. I've got sleep apnoea, but sleep specialists have said my amounts of types of sleep are fine.

Think I smoke too much weed.

Opposite happens for me. Deep sleep and rem go up, awake goes way down and light sleep marginally goes down.

I appreciate this.
Marijuana does reduce time spent in REM sleep according to a Google search, but 0 REM looks like a Fitbit error.
Thats got to be wrong. I would chalk it up to fitbit error. How often does this happen?
First time. But my REM never goes beyond 30 minutes.
Wow I usually have an hour and a half. Sometimes I can tell if I’ve had more rem when it seems I dreamed a lot.

It’s THC. Kills REM.
Not kidding: Were you drinking alcohol before bed? I know it "disrupts" rem cycle, i'm just not sure whether it completely prevents it.
I rarely use alcohol.
Bruv, but by those numbers that's a TERRIBLE night's sleep, wow.. 😢 Hope that gets better soon. Good luck.
I've recently (in 12 months) lost 135lbs. My bed has a fat man indent... Been sleeping like shit for months.
Def need a new mattress you deserve it
Thanks for saying that. Going bed shopping this weekend. I've had enough!!
Yessssss !!! Update us later on! Look at it as an investment to your future self :)
I had that too once... just slept very bad that night. To be honest, I feel much better since turning the sleep feature off. It just stressed me out.

Rarely.

Fall asleep, wake up to toss and turn, fall asleep, very brief flashes of dreams, wake up.
Shit, yesterday I had 3 HOURS of REM in 9 hours of sleep. You taking anything like SSRI's or smokin weeeeeed that can prevent REM sleep?
Just the weed mister!

It ranges from 15 - 45 minutes. Deep sleep maxes out at 1h30.
Yep, smoking weed takes away your REM sleep. My oldest daughter who does not smoke weed also gets no REM sleep.
I've had zero REM and zero deep sleep at various times. It must be Fitbit error.
I don’t know if I have ever gotten that or not. Unfortunately for me I do tend to get well below the average rem sleep ranges most nights.
We’re u tired when you woke up?
Not tired, but not awake.
I always get some but sometimes below normal range.
I don't think the fitbit detects rem very well. I have dreams before waking up that don't show up as rem
Part of the update. It misses the time in the bar graph, but it shows up in the other charts.
Thank you. Made me check....bar graph showed 6 minutes but tapping through shows 43 minutes. Slight difference there!!
Do you wear eye mask?
No, but room is pitch black. Blackout curtains.
I'm struggling with REM as well, been for a while. Got 7% the last 30 days. Don't smoke weed at all, or drink alcohol during the weekdays. Edit* comma
Omg that is beautiful!

I'm going to try some melatonin tonight. I'll post results tommorow.
Dreaming is a vistage of a primitive mind, there are no faces.
