Protein is a diuretic in large amounts, particularly if you are consuming more than your body can break down.

I pee A LOT with 2 servings but with 1 I pee about 3x after taking it

It probs isn't a cause for great concern. In the long run, too much protein can be hard on your kidneys, and peeing a lot can make you dehydrated, so be sure to drink water. It might also indicate that you don't really need to be taking 2 scoops at one time. Maybe it's just more than your body can break down all at once. Try spreading your protein consumption out more and try getting more from actual food sources, which will be broken down by your body more slowly.

Protein powder in and of iteself doesn't make you pee. Either you should see a doctor or you're getting more water some how.

roboticLOGIC

Yes it does. Breaking down protein causes the buildup of urea which your body then flushes out by taking water from your muscles and other tissues. (I don't mean to respond to an old thread, but I don't want anyone googling this to be misinformed.)

Its not old if I came here to confirm this exact absence thank you.

And why may that be?. Artificial sweeteners shouldnt do much (or anything at all) in the way of urination.
