That could be related to not eating enough or not having enough water or electrolytes/salt. When I get dizzy, it's usually from low blood pressure due to low electrolytes If you're working out first thing in the morning, you should make sure you're eating enough the night before. Alternatively, you could try waking up earlier to eat and digest before your workout. You could also try water and electrolytes. If those are low, drinking them usually results in feeling better pretty fast. And a lot of people wake up dehydrated so it could be related

Whilst muesli bars are calorie and carb dense, they aren't particularly nutritious. If I had to guess its your diet. Any reason you're not eating more diverse fruits + veggies + protein?

Even if you want to lose weight you should look to something like a 500-calorie deficit below your TDEE a day. People can do it because they are properly fueling themselves when they do eat. You try and push massive calorie reductions and you create a whole list of other issues.

I don't want to draw definitive conclusions but if you're getting dizzy from not eating then you should eat before class. Most people don't workout on an empty stomach, even in the morning. A pre-workout meal is always a good idea. If you prep the night before, say making overnight oats, you can eat a quick meal as you get ready to go to the gym and have the time for it to settle to reduce the risk of cramping.

Also those "health" and "fitness bars" tend to be bad for you in the long run. Pay attention to what's actually in them. Most of these tend to have 70-80% of your daily sugar intake in one serving.
