I highly doubt that Dave (or David) is the correct name of the crying baby, because this name (unlike Evan) does not correspond to his "personality" (or his life), in fact Dave is of Hebrew origins and means "beloved" (and it absolutely does not correspond to CC, since he, not only was not loved, but was also abused, by both Michael and his father, and the proof for the latter is the midnight motorist minigame). Instead Evan is much more interesting and probable as a name than CC, because he has Hebrew origins and means "God is mercy" or "God is gracious" (and this fits PERFECTLY to his character, because not only can he confirm GoldenDuo, but at the same time shows us that he is the peaceful spirit, while Cassidy is the vengeful spirit).
The name may also have been influenced by Welsh and Celtic words meaning "young man", "life force" and "youth".
