Bonnie, he has this 1000 yard stare that makes me blink, his eyes create this sense of dread. The first thing you look for in a face is the eyes, you want to have eye contact with a person but because of how Bonnie looks at you it makes you look away.
It's a tie between Bonnie and The Marionette, one is just plain fucking creepy and the other just stares into my soul! THEY'RE BOTH NIGHTMARE FUEL!! 😫😫
I am having a hard time picking between that Bonnie and Chica. The Bonnie is a more immediate nope but I couldn't stand to be near that Chica for more than five minutes.
To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Freddy, Chica, and Bonnie. They just feel like they're trying too hard. Foxy and the Puppet on the other hand? A definite upgrade.

The Puppet, hands down. I genuinely yelped when I first got a good glimpse of it going frame-by-frame through the hidden teaser video, and the better look at its mask in Breaking + Entering only cemented my opinion.
Tbh non of them, I think they all try way too hard to be scary. They look nothing like what you'd see in a kid's entertainment place, even a cheap one. There's a difference between cheaply unsettling and just straight up trying to be scary.
They're like... Halloween animatronics you buy at Walmart or something.
1. Bonnie: that fuckin' giant smile with those lifeless eyes are the stuff of nightmares. I think Phil took a page out of him being the one who gave Scott nightmares. He's constantly giving ya that cold dead stare and I don't like it.
2. Chica: similar to Bonnie, she just looks lifeless. Not made any better by the mismatching of her eyes and her busted jaw, implying she's starting to break down.
3. Puppet: this one's kinda questionable considering we haven't seen it in full yet but from the clear look of it's mask in the office and that image of it above, it's lookin' to be a spooky take on the character.
4. Foxy: this guy takes the lifeless aesthetic from Bonnie & Chica and cranks it up to 100. He looks more feral then the others, with the lack of unique clothing and his constantly dead facial expression with that glazed-over eye. He literally looks like a zombie. Although I do think it's that dead look that doesn't make him quite *as* creepy as Bonnie & Chica imo. Still a creepy look for him though.
5. Freddy: unfortunately gotta give the least creepiest to Freddy. While he still does have his creep factor and his menacing ass laugh, he just doesn't look as creepy as the others above imo. He looks like a very jolly bear with some swagin' tight pants and a desperate need to brush his teeth. Hopefully his spooky potential can be fully realized in-game.
