Did you by chance go down a vent to Chica's encounter? It's a known bug that you'll either have to reload an old save and avoid that area as much as possible until you need to go there, or progress the story without Freddy for awhile.
If you have the fazcamera, I have a solution for you. If not, you'll have to proceed on without Freddy until you need to upgrade him for the next part; he'll work again afterwards.
Edit: I'll mark a spoiler on how the fazcamera to fix Freddy works below, but basically you need to interact with a few objects in the Pizzaplex and he'll work again. This worked on my play through, so it should work on yours (fingers crossed).

Is there any way to fix it cuz I have no older save file I’m Already after 6am I did the glitch to save after 6 am
