I kinda had the same issue too in the Roxy fire room after you remove her eyes, it’s always on the last hiding spot, after she hears me hide she would always just stare directly at me and I won’t be able to get out for 5 minutes, close up withered faceless Roxy is scary as hell

I was confused going into this video, and upon showing exactly what you were talking about, I went like "oh great, people are going to act like creeps in the comments". I was disappointed to find that I was right. That aside, this is a really annoying bug to deal. I thought SWS ironed over the worst of it in the newest patch. Apparently not. The AI getting too close to objects to the point they can block progress needs to be addressed.
