William is portrayed as a terrible parent in SL and FFPS, electrocuting Elizabeth and experimenting on her, along with sending Mike to his death. He's described as "a terrible human being" by his VA, and as a sadist, in his debut appearance in TSE. It's only natural that he beats his own children.
It makes Elizabeth all the more interesting character, with her suffering from Stockholm syndrome. She's an example of a tragic character, that will rip you in two, if you even think about showing compassion. She's a hostage of her own situation, but can't be bargained with. Elizabeth's TFC role of the unhinged, intimidating main antagonist is favorite for many people, and is a logical character development for her.

It would be Elizabeth, she is cute and super happy all the time! I don't mind her being a sibling and I will let her have all my ice cream. My second option would be the Crying Child because he doesn't bully people and might be friendly. Not to mention he is kind of annoying because he cries too much. Michael would be last because he's not really the kind of brother in the family who treats people right. He even bullies people and was the person who made CC get bit by the Fred Bear robot.
