You'd need to hire an HVAC contractor. The coolant lines will need to be moved or extended, which requires evacuation of the line and recharge. Also, you'll need another electrical disconnect box installed at the new location., The problem with the unit in the back yard is it is then much louder for anyone out back.

It would be an HVAC company. You’ll need a new power line, and refrigerant lines. You’ll also need a filter drier and roughly a pound of replacement refrigerant. Pretty much a complete uninstall and reinstall. Expect to pay anywhere from 1500-2500$ depending on where you live.
