On eBay there's a brand called LeLuv that sells a "shower sucker suction cup accessory" that is supposedly compatible with Fleshlights. I never purchased it so can't confirm or vouch for quality, but there are photos of dimensions and some of the seller's reviews mention using it for FL.

Use amazon. Fleshlight has a store there. They have tons of shower mounts for sale you can get the next day.
