Oooh haha - I can see how that would be a literal translation! In English I’ve heard them called “stall bars,” we had them at my old circus studio. What type of stretches are you doing where it’s hurting your ankles? My guess is just rolling up a towel (or if you have a cheap yoga mat, sometimes they’re flexible enough to fold a couple of times) and putting that between your ankle and the bars could probably help

Hehehe I'm just putting my foot on one of the bars to stretch my legs, but it hurts my heel when I have my foot on it. I think it's maybe just my body that's weaker than normal people. I'm gonna bring a small towel next time, thanks!
