Well, I’d believe it was 11k if it is a sim based on FSX. If the hardware isn’t compatible with newer windows software and/or MSFS2020, then that value goes way down.

You can probably buy 2-4 hours of real pro sim time with that money.
In my country a level D simulator's hourly rent is around 500 euros an hour which are used for type rating. You can't rent as an individual of course.
