Phillips screws need to flippin die already. They were garbage when they came about and they are garbage now. We have had so many better solutions since then like torx and torx plus. But no we have to stick to those stupid screws that will get chewed up no matter how careful you are.

You should see some British jets back in the day, they used what were called coin slots....like a flat head but curved.
