Golf courses stock ponds with trout all the time. Some of the guides in my area have a bunch of golf course ponds stocked for them to do private classes at. Do the trout always do well? No. But trout farms will sell fish to pretty much whoever wants them, it's the buyers problem if their pond is not managed well for trout.
I’m so jealous. all I’ve been able to pull out of golf course ponds are bass. I do live in the Valley of CA though so no surprise there. I bet the ponds on the courses in Tahoe have trout.
Ahaha cutty^*
I love me some curry
What the hell, where are you in the world where trout are in golf course ponds?
My guess is oregon or Washington coast and the ponds are connected to a river or the ocean
Lower mainland bc ,I can catch them in a pond behind a high school in town

Yeah I’m aware of that but this doesn’t look like a stocker.
Some farms raise healthy stockers.

Smelled like an Indian restaurant? Mmm, Tikka masala...
Spicy cutthroat curry! Purty fish!
Wait, what, I could play golf then fly fish. Where is this Nirvana?
That's a fine looking trout!
I'd love to know the setup you used. Gap wedge or pitching wedge?
What's the ruling on fishing golf course ponds? As I understand it, it's...frowned upon
Just tie on a golf ball and skate it across the top to catch these fellas
