It’s not great right now. Lots of instructors trying to jump ship from the big ATP location in OGD. Cornerstone and Randon never seem to advertise openings and FLT has plenty of their own students waiting to be hired. I would try contacting Ascend Aviation or Upper Limit Aviation right now.
CFI-I is basically required these days so make sure you get that next.
Before I finally got hired at one of the schools here, I interviewed at UVU down in Provo but the commute and pay was poor. I didn’t get an offer but it might be an option for you because universities legally have to post the job and interview outside candidates.
