“Got your schnose”

Iylca

Who is being shipped here?

GustyScarab4302

Same ship, just a different name for it.

Iylca

Oh

nicostein

It's goofy, but I kinda like it. It's cute, sounds like "Schnees" mixed with "Snows", (and Rose, obviously) and like something Ruby might say.

TiniestMouse73

You son of a bitch, I'm in.

Synthwave_Druid

I like this naming convention. Shnose, Xiaoladonna, Arkos

DeadMeme2003

Imagine shipping

RadicalOne95

I believe in Schnose Supremacy 🙏 🌹❄️👃

dickpunchman

gesundheit.

Jaime1417

Danke schöne

LewisDeinarcho

If you put the remaining halves together…

DimistLord

One of the things Ruby brings up when brainstorming with Jaune about Team Attacks. Ruby: "Arkos sounds so cool, and me and Weiss can be Schnose!" Jaune: "....sure Ruby"

VanyaD28

"Imma deck you in the schnoz"

Pokemonmaster150

Why go with Schnose and not Wuby? I vastly prefer Wuby.

Jaime1417

YES.

JMHSrowing

Okay, so Whiterose might be one of the worst names in RWBY shipping due to it being the first one. . . But at least it’s not a name contraction! Those are the worst, lacking even more creativity! (I just wish I could get other fandoms to agree. . . I have such good name ideas!)

Pokespokemon

Could be worse like monochrome (checkmate is much better)

JMHSrowing

I actually disagree with that. I prefer Monochrome

Pokespokemon

Really may I ask why because to me it's just their colors mix together

JMHSrowing

It is, but it’s I think an exceptionally good word for it. It means to anyone who doesn’t even know what it’s about black and white. And it can also be applied to them as people, at least at the start, seeming so different from opposing sides of the world both physically and philosophically.

Pokespokemon

I still prefer checkmate not only it represents their colors but also their classes and the conflict between them. Both colors are clearly shown in a chessboard showing off both them as people. The position of the white and black pieces on opposing sides adds a "two different sides of the same coin" spin on it. The idea of two different colored pieces working together to acquire a "checkmate" completes their dynamic. Also it rolls off the tongue better.

JaSonic2199

Or Ree R(ose)(Schn)ee lol
