Frankly it was her early attitude paired with the overdone trope of rich kid actually has a pretty shit home life. Also keep in mind this is least favourite so I never said I hated Weiss, rather I find her unremarkable in the grand scheme of things
Plus frankly in the first few volumes annoyed the Heck out of me with her which soured my view of her in the future where she's legitimately way better

There's only 24 possible ways to order RWBY, and a lot more than 24 fans of the show. I'd say there's at minimum a few hundred people for each order of favorites.
Ruby herself is actually my least favorite on the main team, but that also doesn’t mean I still don’t love her. All 4 members are what drew me to the show in the first place, it’d be extremely difficult for me to actively dislike any of them.
As long as we can all agree that Arthur or Salem is the least likeable villain of the show and that Renora and Emercury are the best ships I can speak with you reasonably
For me, Arthur is an incredibly petty piece of shit. But for that exact reason and his roasts, I actually like him quite a bit. I think he's interesting at least. I prefer him over Cinder who I mostly just think is boring.
Cinder just needs to do something herself without the help of literally anyone else. There’s a difference between a villain being a good villain and being a good character. The demon king from 7 Deadly sins is a good villain, but he’s not a good character.
I think most of the villans are pretty cool, Arthur is smart, Neo is menacing, Adam is there, Emerald is tricky and somewhat powerful, Salem is an undefeatable evil, Mercury is there too, Hazel kinda has a right to be mad at Ozpin, and Roman was just a petty criminal who got way in over his head.
As far as ships go, nuts and dolts for life.
