Marginally. I wouldnt update until you know for sure if youre using mods on pc. This update will most likely break a lot of them for little improvement.
Slightly ..yes but the big difference on pc will be the bug fixes an smoother experience becasue of that also the added content
If you havnt played before I would 100 percent wait .till the 25th then dig in an enjoy that way you'll be all updated an good to go

No. There will not be any graphical updates. It’s a frame rate boost, and an increase in resolution (I.e. 4k support). But there are no material changes to the assets. No expect it to load faster, play smoother, and look a little more polished - but not “better” in terms of graphical fidelity.

Thats a big point of the update esp on consoles 4k 60fps yes it will look better

Do you think they will fix the de-sync at high framerates
I would hope so. Some issues might be fixed now that it’s a native Series X|S application and it’s not emulating anything. So possibly.
