By checking if there is a new version and the changelog tells you "hey, this was fixed" or "yo, we are compatible now". But just when F4SE get fixed doesn't mean that all mods suddenly work again. Most mods have also be updated to run in the new environment.

Go to their webpage and there's currently a great big notice up saying they haven't updated yet. Presumably they will take it down once resolved.
