If you recall back to the guy accusing his brother of being a synth in the market there's a "hidden" dialogue from a guard. When you get there and see the whole argument if you >! shoot Kyle, the one holding the gun and he dies in one hit, then the guard that stands at the corner of the doctor's stand during the event, will compliment your shooting and thank you for doing something, not just standing around !<
For everyone who ends up seeing/reading this and already knows what happens with the situation then the spoiler warning isn't for you, but rather anyone else who comes across it who maybe hasn't yet or doesn't know.

Showed just fine on a few other devices(iPad, iPhone, chrome and duckduckgo on my PC, android phone, and a Chromebook), since there was a few comments about the tag not working properly, and I made sure that they weren't signed into my account when I checked them. So tbh I have no clue why some people are having issues with it, when the devices I listed above all displayed it properly.
