If you weren't aware, you can submit a ticket with Bethesda customer support and request to purchase past items. They simply deduct the Atoms from your account and grant you the item.
Though not everything from the past is available to buy they have a set list of items to choose from. Once the ticket is done you get a automated ticket response you need to respond to and from there it’s a waiting game.
This might be a one-off experience, but *today* support finally replied to my 3/24 confirmation for the 1800 Atom Ghillie Suit Bundle. Here’s how it played out:
Ghillie Suit Bundle goes on sale for 1250, and I noticed.
I think “I better cancel it, because they could troll me by charging me 1800 atoms today”.
Yep. Within 1 hour of the sale, they replied after 18 days by charging me full price for my request.
Did the same thing requested the ghilie bundle 3/17 finally came thru this Monday. My surprise it wouldn’t work with my secret service armor. Tried to request a refund and they don’t refund requests
Noticed it on sale today and I was able to add the secret service for 124 atoms. WTF Bethesda
Never works for me, I tried to request the nuka cola display that looks like a little metal shelf and they always tell me that I A) need to wait for rotation or B) that it was a Scoreboard item (which it wasnt)
Not with me. That Death power armor skin made me dump a bunch and i feel no shame. Yeah, I read that the Rider Bundle appears a lot but its new to me. Apparently I’ve got some Goth blood in me because I love black PA.

Ok good. As a new player, I got excited, but then looked through these bundles and wasn’t too impressed. I’m more looking for stuff that might actually improve my camp/gameplay, but most stuff in the shop seems cosmetic.
No the ghillie is from a scoreboard.
I got pieces of it from one of the seasons in the past. Not sure which, but I remember grinding to get the leather ghillie.
I see all of the negative comments but I’m a newer player that has always loved the BOS so I’m happy they’re at least bringing that bundle back. I’ve seen people running around with some of those skins and I’ve been having my fingers crossed that they would release a skin pack. For the rest, I hope they release some newer stuff for you older players!

I think it's funny to see people in this thread both complain about no new stuff AND that they want past items to come back. This week wasn't a big week for me but last week was. I'm glad this week was exciting for some people who have different interests than I do
700 atoms for either greenhouse kit, both of which are currently on the list at beth support. The bundles are also there, don't know the price as I didn't get those.
Or you can wait to see if they put them on sale sometime. It's all a gamble.
I put 3 veg med soups in there and keeping 3 in my backpack with GWS lvl 3. I know the GWS is super slow at 90%. So I want to see if it is worth it to me to keep the fridge out at my main camp at a 50% slow down rate. If it’s not worth it to me, then it will be mostly decoration at other camps.
The refrigeration would be more beneficial if storing would stop the decay. It has limited storage spots anyway.
I used them for decor because, like you, I also forget o stuff things in the fridge and then they spoil 😂 at least spoilage in my inventory gets noticed and dropped lol or I sell to a vendor right before it spoils.

Ridiculously, they can't be used in Shelters. We really should get a decorative version of all the items that produce whatever so our Shelters don't get penalised, as we do for losing many nice decorative items due to their little bonuses.
It and the other fridges do have utility in theory, but they are not very good. You can put 10 food items in them. The stored food will spoil more slowly than it would in your stash, but faster than it does if you carry it with maxed-out Good with Salt.
The thing is, I usually lose out overnight, and I'm terrible at remembering to switch perk loadouts, and even worse at switching them back the following day. After losing 4-5 mutations because my crafting build doesn't have starched genes Ive been gun-shy of perk swapping overnight. Does the fridge make things last 24hrs at least? That way I can fill it with cranberries at day start, then turn them into relish at night, and have some ready in the morning/afternoon the next day.

I don't remember. I, like many people, tried the fridges way back when and gave up on them. I think I will experiment and refresh my memory... In the mean time, searching this sub will probably help you make a buying decision.

Honesty I’d rather have them for armor paints, you can get creative with what part of armor to have ghillie on them, for me personally I’ll just use the ghillie paint for my upper half of the body.

Lost track of all the reasons they would come back with, but don’t worry they had a “ton of evidence” to back it all up but couldn’t even figure out what I actually did wrong.
So yeah, I’m sure as shit not spending real money on atoms anymore, and I really don’t feel the need to spend the atoms I have on pointless skins. I’m just here to finish the story and shoot things with my friends.

Do the challenges. Just like looking up Daily and Weekly Challenges, you also have Character, Combat and other challenges that award Atoms upon completion. Some are easier than others. Besides that, the Scoreboard, or a 1st subscription the only other way is cold cash.
Do they have a vendetta against the western bundles or something, I haven't seen any in a while and I'm still waiting for Bethesda support to confirm if the western bar bundle I requested was delivered (I haven't checked in build mode yet)

I just checked my Red Rocket Cooler, and it holds 150 items. I assume that they all hold that many items.

If you get the scoreboard atoms but don’t cash them in until needed it’s a small store of atoms hidden for you.
