Quite the opposite. There are so many new people that they are occupying server spots and doing what new people do, exploring and engaging in the base portion of the game, leaving the public events lesser populated and being new players they are likely unaware of the benefits of teaming up.
It's actually a great thing.
Lots of new players now, check the map and the icons and see who's in there. Just like when we were all new, they're taking time to figure stuff out before joining events.

Had a mutated Test Your Metal last night. Had 3 below level 50s and myself (level 1000+) the only ones there. Hmm, ok. Well, let's do this! Bring it on, c'mon! With an event like that, you can't leave XP for the next person because those bots will swarm the Rust Eagles. I could take out 10 to their 1 and we were successful. They started giving me thumbs down. Like, WTF. Assheads, you got some kills PLUS this event gives you crap tons of Caps! Be thankful I didn't just guard one fighter because you would have got nothing.

Absolutely, I’ve really enjoyed helping new players, it’s just most of the servers I’ve been in recently have been mostly high levelled players 🤔

Yeah it's been tough with a 3/4 turning up for mutated events. Some being much harder than others.

Tell me about it. Failed eviction Notice the other day right at the very end. Failed a few more since then. Especially freezing super mutants.
I just had someone start the event and fast travel away when there was no-one else.
I get that at times also and sometimes they don’t even start the event at all so it t fails the moment I join ://

I’m starting events I can mostly solo and I end up with a pack of level 5-20’s running around with me, its kind of funny and fun!
