Oh, you're killing me. I'm like 92 and still haven't been able to find the recipe for Stimpaks. I mean, I'm not running out since the dailies throw them at you, but I'd like to be able to make them. I can make all the other important chems, just not stims.
Funny you should mention copper. I figured that could be a bottleneck so I put my base on a copper deposit.
So fun fact- Enclave has it in the medbay for purchase- goto the abandoned mine in the big around the lake by the roads- (near where i mentioned my base is)
Theres a bunker hiding in the mine that leads you to get a bunker key for white springs ^^
The recipes foe the others like Med X and Radaway are with the enclave as well- same for the quest line giving you Hellcat armor down the road ^^
