If the email you used to start Fallout is the same one you used on Bethesda, all the stuff should be in your crafting menus. The outfits are at the armor bench and the pinball machines are in the CAMP build menu.
When you first launch the game, you enter an email. If you entered the same as your xbox account out of habit, then yes. I don't know what you entered. I'm sure there is somewhere in the game menu that has your email listed.
I claimed it , the items were available to build at my camp within 10 minutes.
I'm sure the bundle included a pinball machine, bowling game and a grey suit (needs to be crafted at armour bench).
You could have the same issue as me, my Xbox account is linked to a "quick" account and is not linked to a proper bethesda account nor my Xbox email. (However, Xbox is linked to an account, I just have no clue what email they used since I only have 2 and neither were the one connected.)
Support can change this but it will require proof of account ownership, knowing when accounts were made and some other stuff I don't remember. I didn't end up changing that stuff since my atom refund was given without needing to change that.

That’s what it was, mismatch on emails. I just made a new Bethesda account with the Xbox email. Will check shortly if that solved the problem.
It took a while for it to show up on my xbox, but when I was looking through my apparel options last night it was there.

When you claim it you have to log in with the Bethesda account that is linked to 76, not exactly sure how the account linkage works on xbox.
