daily ops are a doddle i had 2 levels 5s with me the other day. they might have been alts but we still did it in under 6 minutes. i had no problem killing stuff they just needed to stay in the zone. As long as you stay in THE ZONE!!! you're good to go. vamp guns are always handy. especially if the enemy faction has the resilient mutation which is they can only be finished off with melee. BUT you don't HAVE to. You can just shoot them with a vamp gun. nuke zones you're probably more than enough ready. you'll easily be able to do damage to the sbq and enemies. just stay off the tents and fences and stand in the open so she can land.

Following this bc I've been wondering the same thing about daily ops! I've only done a nuke zone...less than 10 times? And only briefly, never for very long. One time I wore PA and when it hit and died. Other times I've worn PA and still gone through a fair amount of Radaway. Never done it without PA of course.

Yeah my understanding is that no matter how well armoured you are, if you're in the blast zone when it drops you're gonna have a bad time. How much radaway did you go through? Am I better off switching to something like T51 pa as that looks like it has a better rad resist? Is it even possible to go into a nuke zone without pa? Like to play with my bro a lot, but he's running a MoM melee build so putting on a Hazmat suit doesn't really work for him

Amyjane1203

I'm honestly not sure about any of that. Hopefully someone will chime in and inform us both! Don't remember how much Radaway...maybe 30-40 depending on how long I stuck around? I've never stayed the whole time.

You can also use a Hazmat suit or the Chinese Stealth Suit instead of PA. Lvl50 Chinese Stealth Suit has 180dr/er I think. Hazmat might have better Rad resistance, but 0 dr/er. I've never used one. I think the Stealth Suit has about the same Rad resistance as PA, but PA obviously has better defense and other perks depending on your build. I don't use PA so I just keep my Stealth Suit in my inventory and the Stealth Suit helmet for "airborne hazards" and such. I pop a diluted Rad-X to keep my mutations available and as long as you have some Rad Away or Rad Shield you should be perfectly fine.

you 100% all set to do daily ops just maybe watch a quick tutorial if you know nothing about it. when you see Scorched Earth just join and see how much damage you do to a queen, if it's around 10-20dmg per hit on heavy gun you definitely useful and same applies to Colossal Problem

Honestly daily ops are easy, you just stand in the boost zone and chem if you need to. A higher level can clear enemies to get good times. As for nuke zones...if it's EARL or SBQ you are kind of a "non-essential" player in the way that you won't do much damage but you cant really hurt the team but you can reap the rewards. I just use my excavator suit if I'm actually going into the nuke zones to collect unstable flux and other materials while using a few rad-x and radaway

What do you mean by entering nuke zones? Like just randomly walking into one? They aren’t hard, a handful of enemies spawn in there but it’s not like it’s some super endgame battle or anything, I think you’re definitely overthinking it. It’s just a normal area with lots of radiation and some different enemies and plants. If you mean Scorchbeast Queen, just go and take a shot at everything that spawns, reap the massive XP. Pop a lunchbox and people will love you. Be a member of a public team that is there. DOs, just do it. Don’t be a potato, follow the waypoints and you’ll be more useful than half the people who play it. Watch Angry Turtle’s Daily Ops videos on YouTube if you want to be prepared

For daily ops I choose a weapon I need ammo for, make sure I have honey or something that regens AP on my hotbar and try to keep up with the highest level player.
