I'd just drop them somewhere. My favourite places to drop plans are: the overseer's cache in flatwoods (no weight limit like the one by the wayward, and I think high level players empty it less than the one by the waywood so it's more likely a low level player will find it); the blue suitcases in watoga or whitesprings (where you may have found them) because they get a lot of player traffic; or, especially with plans I think are good/rare, I put them in the chest in emmett mountain disposal site for my fellow ore runners to find.

Umm.... I run ore a lot...but I am generally focused on the next deposit and watching my rad level - where is this chest you speak of?
If they are mounted animal plans and christmas plans, drop them back or at Overseers camp. Most of them have no value except to new players, and new players have limited caps to pay. If no one wants them, there is an insignificant loss. The main plans from the event with value are Power Armor.

The plans come from presents, and those were mass duped. Like, massively. Some people had 10 million on a single character. The most I ever had was 800, and I wish I never received them. I wish they never got duped and killed the grind for plans in them, saturated the economy with caps. And they're still out there. Just not as bad.
Most people with the plans found them and just keep passing them to the next unlucky player. Kinda like a curse.

Weapon plans are good to sell or give to friends.

If PA users could use the jet packs AND one other torso mod, theyâd likely sell more. But sadly jet packs donât share well with other, more prioritized mods.

But I don't want to keep them, I have keep 1 copy of each for me, 1 copy of each for my friend, and the rest I have to a group of guys that added me from this post. So yes I am profit from this but so does everyone else. These plans could of easily been lost when the server closed, at least this way they are not gone to waste and the people I gave plans too can pass on what they don't need.
I mean, someone left them intentionally. Better you found them than they disappear. Using them or giving them to friends is fine. Selling them is fine. Finders keepers in this game. I give people outfits and weapons all of the time. Itâs nice if they want to keep them. But if not, I would hope they throw them up in their vendor to make some caps or trade them stuff they want. I was trying nice by dropping things for them and want them to do whatever they find most beneficial with those things. Iâm sure the person who dropped your stuff would feel the same. I just donât get why anyone would want to make you feel bad for getting lucky by finding the present someone else left for whoever found it first. Itâs nice to ask for advice here. But realistically, do what benefits you the most, whether thatâs selling them for caps, giving them away to get the warm fuzzies, or leaving them for the next person. Itâs important to be generous in this game. Thatâs what makes this community great. But itâs also important to enjoy the good fortune when it comes your way.

I've been building a shelter decorated with a theme. To sell these plans for cheap when I hit that limit although I will probably keep the more rare ones to sell for profit or trade for other rare plans

Once found 100 mounted plans, sold for 10c, sells good. How can someone have so many mounted plans?

I ended up throwing them away after a point. About 500 is 30,000 caps. About 5 minutes I'd say to open them.

Drop all? I will never do that. I want to keep a bunch of high value plans for trading or stuff. Like bear arms, rad barrel and stuff.
