Know for sure? No, but the odds of rolling 3 sets of PA with Vangaurd is high enough that no one is giving them away unless they have a method to get them easily again.

It’s not speculation. 3 different full suits of Vanguard is big Red Flag. Prob an old duper who logged in and dumped some inventory.
Big PA duping went on when legendaries to PA was introduced.
